Finally the weather really looks set, and for me that means the return of the "Perfect Sunday" – the perfect antedote to a busy week. This involves: lying on the beach in the sun, taking the occasional dip and reading the papers.
Then, of course, sharing ao tasty paella, with those lovely caramelised pieces of rice that I love scraping off the edge of the dish – oh, and a few glasses of Rose.
Umm, perfect Sundays are back.
