'The southern coast of Spain – blessed with the best climate in Europe, with over 300 days of sunshine a year.' What?! Who came up this that?
Some one in marketing for sure:-) It's been raining now for way too long and I'm So bored of it. Much of Andalucia is now silt at the bottom of the Mediterrean and roads are being washed down mountains…
I saw this picture on the Sur in English website – it's such a cool pic. It's of the A92 four lane highway in Granada. Sadly two lanes decided to go down the mountain, since the rain had taken most of the earth away from beneath it. The guardia civil officer looks like he's just floating on a huge fragment of tarmac.
300 days of sunshine a year…fond memories.

Hi Andrew , hopefully The bad weather is over ….only quick rains for the following days .I think this is very inusual in Spain ,only once or twice for a decade .
Despite this , the currently year Andalucia could be as green as Galicia or Cornwall ,but it doesn´t last too long ,so take advantage of this .
Adeu.
