This is a sad sight; the replica brig 'La Grace',
a training vessel from the Czech Republic broke anchor on Friday during
a storm and ran aground on a sandbar just off a Marbella beach.
Today I went to take a look – walking along the wet beach in the wind and rain.
The scene is even more poignant in light of the deadly 'Sandy' tropical
cyclone that has hit the eastern seaboard of the US – and the loss of
HMS Bounty and the death of two crew members.
