Malaga is a candidate city for European City of Culture in 2016 – Karin & I spent a day enjoying some of the highlights including the Vazquez Diaz retrospective at the Picasso Foundation; the permanent and seasonal collection at the Museo Picasso; and the "Under The Snow" exhibition of the work of former Soviet artists, Ilya & Emilia Kabakov, at the Centro de Arte Contemporaneo de Malaga (CACmalaga).
