A former power station, La Térmica is a social and arts centre on Malaga’s west side, not far from the Automobile Museum.
I dropped by today, on the way to the opening of Malaga’s new Metro and took in the small, but fascinating photography exhibition on Malaga from the early 1960s.
The centre, opened in 2013, is a place for residents and visitors to share and exchange creativity – there are a range of workshops, courses and exhibitions. The new season starts in September.
Later this year, starting in October will be a retrospective of French photographer, Robert Doisneau, who is famous for his work, the ‘Kiss by the town hall’.
