I’ve just discovered a new, favourite place to eat in Malaga’s old town. Recently opened, in a small pedestrian street behind the city’s famous Picasso Museum, one finds ‘Restaurante Eboka‘.
Describing itself as ‘Malaga’s new gastronomic space’, this intimate bar restaurant is the latest creation of Antonio Fernández, who created Dom Vinos (which I talked about here).
The menu is divided into starters, main dishes and puddings, but in fact many can be enjoyed as tapas and sharing plates.
The restaurant is fairly small, yet has a choice of places to eat; on the terrace, at the bar, at tall tables with stools, or at dining tables in the windows.
Decor is smart, stylish and contemporary.
During our visit we were looked after my Antonio, who suggested different wines to accompany our meal.
Also you can see latest updates on the restaurant’s website here, including new dishes and prices.
So, if you are in Malaga, head on over. The Picasso Quarter is a lovely part of Malaga with so much going on that you can easily make a day of it.
